Cassidy Grace is 16 months old and all toddler! She talks often and loudly. She enjoys reading aloud to herself and anyone who will let her sit in their lap. She can climb unassisted on and off the couch. Her reach extends just over the kitchen counter. Her favorite words include: Friday Outside All Done More Mama Dog Rooster Yellow Duck- yes these have to go together A,B,C,E,G Wow Whoa Daddy- though it sounds like Dadeeee! Yay- almost always accompanied by clapping

Saturday August 28, 2010 We found a Kelty Kids Backpack on Craigs List for only $25! These things can retail for over $200 so you can imagine just how pleased we were. One week after this purchase we tested it out in Tahoe. Uncle Nate joined us for a morning of hiking at Sugar Pine State Park. At the park there is a trail that meanders along the beach and a beautiful mansion called Pine Lodge. I really wanted to tour it, but did not want to pay another price (you have to pay to park too). So instead we walked around the outside and peaked through the curtains. Much fun was had by all :)
